The End Time is a spiritual thriller, set on the Island of Iona at the end of the Sixth Century. St. Columba is the most powerful religious leader of the Celtic world, a man who can perform miracles and has the authority to make or break kings and rulers. People are gathering, in the very last Easter of his life: kings, princes, a pagan queen, a spy from the Irish court, all keen to win power and influence. Columba is turning away from his own warlike past. He longs for a world without war, but evil forces are ranged against him, threatening the abbey, the kingdom and his own soul.

 

The End Time has greater relevance than ever, in a world where war, religious violence and chaos still dominate. Columba faces his greatest test in a battle between good and evil in the last days of his life. St. Columba, the founding father of the Scottish nation, has a prophetic message for a war-torn 21st Century.
